{"id":1477,"date":"2015-08-06T16:17:54","date_gmt":"2015-08-06T16:17:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wordpress\/?p=1477"},"modified":"2017-03-29T10:23:55","modified_gmt":"2017-03-29T10:23:55","slug":"apple-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swallow-globe.co.id\/main\/2015\/08\/06\/apple-cake\/","title":{"rendered":"Nasi Kepal &#038; Sate Pentul Bali"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Untuk 10 Porsi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan Nasi<\/strong><br \/>\n1 bks AgarKit Swallow Globe Brand;<br \/>\n500 gr beras dan air secukupnya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pelengkap Nasi Kepal<\/strong><br \/>\nTeri kentang, abon, telur dadar iris dan mentimun secukupnya; 1 lbr kantong plastic bening, sobek sisi samping sehingga menjadi lebar untuk mencetak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan Sate Pentul<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan A<\/strong><br \/>\n4bh Cabe merah buang biji; 6cm Kunyit; 5 cm jahe; 15 siung bawang merah; 8 siung bawang putih; 1 bh tomat segar; 2 sdm ketumbar; 6 btr kemiri; 2 sdt terasi; kecap manis secukupnya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan B<\/strong><br \/>\n250 gr daging ikan kakap, cincang halus; 250 gr Udang Kupas, cincang halus; 50 gr kelapa parut, sangria;3 sdm air asam jawa; 1 sdt gula pasir; \u00bd sdt garam; 3 sdm minyak goreng.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan C<\/strong><br \/>\n1 bks agar-agar warna putih Swallow Globe Brand; 200 ml air.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pelengkap sate pentul<\/strong><br \/>\n30 batang serai.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Nasi Kepal<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Cuci beras hingga besih. Masukan AgarKit. Beri air secukupnya. Aduk rata. Masak nasi hingga matang seperti biasa dengan rice cooker.<br \/>\n2. Ambil 1 lembar plastic lebar. Letakkan 3-4 sdm nasi di atas plastic sambil dipipihkan melebar. Letakkan bahan pelengkap di atasnya. Bungkus sambil dipadatkan. Bentuk sesuai selera. Buka Plastiknya. Sisihkan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Sate Pentul<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Haluskan bahan A dengan blender.<br \/>\n2. Campur bahan A dengan bahan B. Aduk rata. Sisihkan.<br \/>\n3. Campur agar-agar dan air. Masak dengan api sedang hingga mendidih sambil diaduk rata. Matikan api dan angkat.<br \/>\n4. Campur adonan ikan berbumbu dan adonan agar-agar. Aduk rata.<br \/>\n5. Ambil satu batang serai. Balurkan dengan 2 sdm adonan ikan. Bentuk adonan menjadi lonjong. Bungkus rapat dengan alumunium foil. Kukus sampai matang -+ 20 menit. Angkat. Sisihkan di suhu ruang.<br \/>\n6. Setelah sate pentul agar-agar sudah agak dingin dan mengeras. Buka lapisan alumunium foilnya. Sisigkan.
