{"id":1399,"date":"2015-08-01T09:00:06","date_gmt":"2015-08-01T09:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wordpress\/?p=1399"},"modified":"2017-03-29T05:17:24","modified_gmt":"2017-03-29T05:17:24","slug":"avocado-dip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swallow-globe.co.id\/main\/2015\/08\/01\/avocado-dip\/","title":{"rendered":"Apple Crumble Pie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Bahan Kulit Pie<\/strong><br \/>\n350 gr biscuit marie, haluskan<br \/>\n150 gr mentega, lelehkan<br \/>\n2 sdm tepung terigu, 2 sdm gula pasir<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan Kremesan<\/strong><br \/>\n100 gr tepung terigu<br \/>\n50 gr gula palem<br \/>\n1 sdm kayu manis bubuk<br \/>\n50 gr mentega dingin<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan Custard Agar<\/strong><br \/>\n1 bks agar-agar warna putih Swallow Globe Brand<br \/>\n100 gr gula pasir<br \/>\n500 ml susu cair tawar<br \/>\n200 ml air<br \/>\n2 btr kuning telur<br \/>\n1 sdm tepung terigu, larutkan dengan 100 ml air<br \/>\n50 gr margarin, lelehkan<br \/>\nKayu manis bubuk secukupnya<br \/>\n2 bh apel malang dipotong kecil2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pelengkap<\/strong><br \/>\n100 gr dark cokelat, lelehkan untuk lapisan<br \/>\n100 ml krim kocok untuk lapisan<br \/>\n3 sdm gula halus untuk taburan<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Kulit Pie<\/strong><br \/>\nCampur semua nahan. Aduk rata. Masukan dalam cetakan pie. Ratakan. Tusuk-tusuk permukaan dasarnya dengan garpu. Panggan sampai matan 160 derajat C +_ 20-30 menit. Sisihkan hingga dingin<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Kremesan<\/strong><br \/>\nCampur semua bahan kering. Aduk rata. Tambahkan mentega dingin. Aduk rata. Letakkan bulir-bulir adonan di Loyang. Panggang hingga kecokelatan 160 derajat celcius 20-30 menit. Sisihkan hingga dingin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Membuat Custard Agar :<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Campur agar-agar, gula, susu, dan air, Masak dengan api kecil hingga mendidih sambil diaduk rata. Matikan api dan angkat. Siapkan wadah. Masukkan larutan tepung dan air, kuning telur, dan margarin leleh. Aduk rata.<br \/>\n2. Tuangi dengan adonan agar-agar sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata.<br \/>\n3. Tuang kembali adonan ke dalam panci. Beri bubuk kayu manis. Masak sebentar sampai agak kental sambil diaduk rata. Sisihkan , biarkan hingga uap panas hilang<\/p>\n<p><strong>Penyajian :<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Ambil kulit pie. Oleh bagian dalamnya dengan coklat cair. Masukkan 1 sdm krim kocok, ratakan<br \/>\n2. Susun potongan buah apel. Tuang Custard agar-agar. Taburi bahan kremesan dan gula halus di atasnya<br \/>\n3. Simpan dalam lemari es sampai dingin. Keluarkan dari cetakkan.
